In the heart of Vieil Alpe, the most authentic district of Alpe d'Huez, a must-see destination for mountain lovers: this is where the Chalet la Gaule is nestled, a 90 m² family chalet.
Chalet La Gaule has been completely renovated. On the ground floor, it offers an open-plan kitchen/dining room, a living room with a sofa bed, and upstairs, you'll find a bedroom and a mezzanine open to the living room (with 1 sofa bed and 2 single beds). The chalet can accommodate up to 8 people, but we limit occupancy to 6 adults to allow you to fully enjoy the chalet.
The ski departure is just a few meters away thanks to the Alpe Express, allowing you to reach the slopes very quickly.

Quick access to the slopes at 150m, you can easily connect the departure of the ESF lessons with the Alpe Express to reach the Bergers and the children's chalet (ESF meeting point for children from 2 and a half years old) or thanks to the Telecentre to reach the Rond-Point des pistes (Grandes Rousses cable car - ESF meeting point). Free shuttles from Place Paganon (1m) to reach the Rond-Point des Pistes or the Bergers.

Rules of life
Non-smoking apartment: a portion of the security deposit (€200) will be retained if the apartment smells of cigarette smoke or other substances. Ski equipment is prohibited in the accommodation, and a portion of the security deposit (€100) will be retained if an infraction is detected. Pets are not allowed. Parties and evenings are not permitted. The tenant agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood between 22 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Terms of cancellation
Furnished seasonal rentals are subject to payment of rent. - For stays with cancellation conditions: free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay (excluding 1,5% bank charges) - For stays with a non-refundable offer: full payment of the stay upon booking and no cancellation conditions allowed. You should contact your bank to find out the cancellation conditions of your payment card. You will be required to pay a deposit of 10 or 30% depending on the apartment. You will receive an email the day after your reservation informing you that the balance will be automatically debited within 5 days from the bank card used to pay the deposit. If you wish to pay the balance of the stay by another means, please contact the concierge by email (reservation@homency.fr) before the debit.
