Rules for living
Non-smoking apartment: part of the deposit (200€) will be retained if the apartment smells of cigarette smoke or other substances. Ski equipment is not allowed in the apartment, and part of the deposit (€100) will be retained if an offence is committed. No pets allowed. Parties and soirées are not permitted. The tenant agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Cancellation policy
Furnished seasonal rentals are subject to payment of the rent. - For stays with cancellation conditions: free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay (excluding 1.5% bank charges). - For stays with a non-refundable offer: full payment of the stay at the time of booking and no cancellation conditions allowed. Please contact your bank to find out about the cancellation policy for your credit card. A deposit of 10% or 30% is required, depending on the apartment. You will receive an e-mail the day after your reservation informing you that the balance will be automatically debited within 5 days from the credit card used to pay the deposit. If you wish to pay the balance of your stay by another means, please contact the concierge by e-mail (reservation@homency.fr) before the deduction.
