Rules for living
Appartement non fumeur: une partie de la caution (200€) sera retenue si l'appartement sent la fumée de cigarette ou autres substances. Le matériel de ski est interdit dans le logement et une partie de la caution (100 €) sera retenue si une infraction est constatée. Fêtes et soirées non autorisées. Le locataire s'engage à respecter la tranquillité du voisinage entre 22h et 8h.
Cancellation policy
Furnished seasonal rentals are subject to payment of the rent. - For stays with cancellation conditions: free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay (excluding 1.5% bank charges). - For stays with a non-refundable offer: full payment of the stay at the time of booking and no cancellation conditions allowed. Please contact your bank to find out about the cancellation policy for your credit card. A deposit of 10% or 30% is required, depending on the apartment. You will receive an e-mail the day after your reservation informing you that the balance will be automatically debited within 5 days from the credit card used to pay the deposit. If you wish to pay the balance of your stay by another means, please contact the concierge by e-mail (reservation@homency.fr) before the deduction.
