A bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, a sofa bed and an extra bed in the living room will allow you to accommodate 4 to 6 people, very comfortably. You can relax in the sun thanks to a beautiful furnished terrace. A space in the ski room (with boot dryer) has been designed to store bicycles.
From President 227, you only have to cross the road to find yourself on the ski slopes and reach, a few meters lower, the Bergers and the children's chalet.

Rules of life
Non-smoking apartment: a portion of the security deposit (€200) will be retained if the apartment smells of cigarette smoke or other substances. Ski equipment is prohibited in the accommodation, and a portion of the security deposit (€100) will be retained if an infraction is detected. Pets are not allowed. Parties and evenings are not permitted. The tenant agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood between 22 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Terms of cancellation
Furnished seasonal rentals are subject to payment of rent. - For stays with cancellation conditions: free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay (excluding 1,5% bank charges) - For stays with a non-refundable offer: full payment of the stay upon booking and no cancellation conditions allowed. You should contact your bank to find out the cancellation conditions of your payment card. You will be required to pay a deposit of 10 or 30% depending on the apartment. You will receive an email the day after your reservation informing you that the balance will be automatically debited within 5 days from the bank card used to pay the deposit. If you wish to pay the balance of the stay by another means, please contact the concierge by email (reservation@homency.fr) before the debit.
