Rules of life
Non-smoking apartment: a portion of the security deposit (€200) will be retained if the apartment smells of cigarette smoke or other substances. Ski equipment is prohibited in the accommodation, and a portion of the security deposit (€100) will be retained if an infraction is detected. Pets are not allowed. Parties and evenings are not permitted. The tenant agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood between 21 p.m. and 9 a.m.
Terms of cancellation
Furnished seasonal rentals are subject to payment of the rent. - For stays with cancellation conditions: free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay (excluding 1,5% bank charges), then automatic debit of the balance 30 days before the start of the stay. You will be notified of the date of the debit. If you would like another payment method, contact the concierge by email (reservation@homency.fr) - For stays with a non-refundable offer: full payment of the stay upon booking and no cancellation conditions allowed. You should contact your bank to find out the cancellation conditions of your payment card. You will be required to pay a deposit of 10 or 30% depending on the apartment. You will receive an email in the days following your reservation informing you that the balance will be automatically debited within 5 days from the bank card used to pay the deposit. If you would like to pay the balance of the stay by another means, please contact the concierge by email (reservation@homency.fr) before the debit.
