The Barruol family acquired the estate in 1490, and today it covers 22 hectares. Château Saint Cosmes is wonderfully situated at the crossroads of two geological faults, in a microclimate all its own. This highly aromatic 100% Syrah tends towards liquorice and pepper notes.
