The announcement

We create your property listing to showcase it in its best light, complete with professional photos. Together, we define booking criteria, availability, and pricing. Our listing will make all the difference!

Communication

We respond to all inquiries from potential guests and manage communication before, during, and after your guests' stay, allowing them to benefit from hotel-like services. You won't have to worry about a thing.

Check in / check out

We personally welcome each of your guests: a personalized service acclaimed by many travelers. During checkout, we verify the condition of your accommodation and, in the event of theft or damage, we request a refund from your deposit.

Housekeeping and linen management

Your guests will have all the necessary linens provided. Upon their departure, we provide hotel-quality cleaning and ensure everything is in order for your next guests.

Maintenance

We provide minor maintenance and can handle larger jobs by finding trusted tradespeople.

Home staging

We can enhance your property by managing the layout and decoration with our partner architect to attract more bookings.
