The concierge service was initially developed by an owner who wanted to meet not only his management needs, but also the expectations of his tenants to make their stay a pleasant one.

We therefore offer you a turnkey service, rigorously implemented with the commitment and skills required to optimize the return on your property, while preserving it at the same time.
We are committed to maintaining close contact with our customers, and to being rapidly available when needed. This enables us to limit the number of properties we manage, and thus preserve the quality of our services.

The advert

We draw up an advert for your property to present it in its best light, complete with professional photos. Together, we define the criteria for booking, availability and rates. Our ad will make all the difference!

Communication

We respond to all inquiries from potential customers and manage communication before, during and after your guests' stay, enabling them to benefit from hotel-related services. You won't have to worry about a thing.

Check-in / Check-out

We personally welcome each and every one of your guests: a personalized service that many travelers appreciate. At check-out, we check the condition of your accommodation and, in the event of theft or damage, call in the security deposit.

Housekeeping and linen management

Your guests will be provided with all the linen they need. When they leave, we provide hotel-quality cleaning and ensure that everything is in order for your next guests.

Maintenance

We take care of small-scale maintenance, and can handle larger jobs by seeking out trusted craftsmen.

Home-staging

We can enhance your property by managing the layout and decoration with our partner architect to attract more bookings.
